Returns
Once an item is reported as potentially defective, a driver will be dispatched to collect the item and return it to us for inspection.
Upon return, the item will be thoroughly inspected by our team to verify the reported defect.
If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, based on the customer's request.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether an item is confirmed to be defective.
If, after inspection, the item is found to be in proper working condition, the same item will be returned to the customer, and the return courier fee will be charged to the customer.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, a replacement cannot be processed; however, the item will still be inspected, and a partial refund may be negotiated based on the condition of the packaging.
All accessories originally included with the item must be returned. If any accessory is missing, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the accessory or for the courier fee to collect the missing item.
Warranty Terms
We cover 14 Days Warranty on the Manufacturer’s Defect for Items under $500 and 30 days warranty for items over $499
The following voids the warranty:
–Upgrades, Interference, Deletion of Software
– Scratches/Dents
– Broken Parts indicating evidence of impact
– Moisture/ Corrosion
– Third-party interference
